This retreat is an invitation to a 7-day immersion in The Work of Byron Katie. Deepen in your daily practice of The Work and question deeply held stressful beliefs, while experiencing fully the aliveness of the jungle, the beach and the beauty of Costa Rica.

Dates: January 7 - 14, 2020

Program starts at 6pm on Tuesday, Jan. 7th & ends at 9am on Tuesday, Jan. 14th.

Daily Schedule:

​

9am - Morning Walk Meditation

9:30 - Breakfast

10-12:30 - Morning Session

12:30-2:30 - Lunch
2:30-5:30 - Afternoon Session

6pm - Dinner

Program Cost:

From $1750 US for double occupancy

*Includes: All Meals, Lodging, Program and taxes.

All meals are included (except during outings). Meals will be vegetarian, with some fish options, mainly organic and using local fruits and vegetables when possible.

ITW Credit:

​

This event counts as 12 hours of credit for Candidates in the BKI Facilitator Certification Program. Participants must attend the entire event in order to receive credit.

Location:

​

The retreat will be hosted at a private, gated estate 6km north of the town of Dominical, a well-known surfing destination. The property has cabins, 20 hectares of trails and gardens, a large dining building, a yoga palapa, and a salt-water pool. The estate is called “Cabinas Alma - Alma de Hatillo” in Puntarenas Province.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be offered before Dec. 10th (less a $200 processing fee.) There will be no refunds after Dec. 10th unless we are able to fill your spot. If you do not attend, or if you leave the retreat early or arrive late, your payment or any portion thereof is non-refundable and non-transferable.
