Annual Women's Inquiry Retreat in Costa Rica
A 7 Day Immersion in The Work of Byron Katie as Meditation led by Certified Facilitator Share Arnaud
This intimate Women’s Retreat is an invitation to a 7-day immersion in The Work of Byron Katie. Deepen in your daily practice of The Work and question deeply held stressful beliefs, while experiencing fully the aliveness of the jungle, the beach and the beauty of Costa Rica.
Dates: January 19 - 26, 2020
Starts: Sunday, January 19th at 6pm
Ends: Sunday, January 26th at 10:30am
Daily Schedule:
9am - Morning Walk Meditation
9:30 - Breakfast
10-12:30 - Morning Session*
12:30-2:30 - Lunch
2:30-5:30 - Afternoon Session*
Dinner
Optional Evening (reading, relaxing, hanging out with group, swimming, collaging, writing, dance party, etc.)
*includes both group work and dyads
Cost: US $2200 - US $2900 per person (based on occupancy choice)
*Includes: All Meals, Accommodation, Yoga, Facilitated Program Activities & ground transfers to and from the airport.

Food:
All meals are included (except during outings) and are prepared fresh onsite daily. Meals are vegetarian with a fish option and locally sourced when available.
ITW Credit:
This event counts as 12 hours of credit for Candidates in the BKI Facilitator Certification Program. Participants must attend the entire event in order to receive credit.
Location:
A private gated villa near the town of Dominical, a well-known surfing destination. The property has four levels, lawn and gardens, and an infinity-edged salt water pool with an incredible view overlooking the ocean, only 200 metres away. There is rainforest to both sides of the property. The beach is a few minutes walk.

Accommodation options are as follows:
Triple occupancy (one room with 3 spaces) - $2200 per person
Double occupancy (two rooms with 4 spaces) - $2400 per person
Single occupancy (two rooms with 1 space) - $2900 per person

A deposit of $500 USD (non-refundable) reserves your space.
All deposits are due Nov. 1st.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be offered before Nov. 1st (less a $200 processing fee.) There will be no refunds after Nov. 1st unless we are able to fill your spot. If you do not attend, or if you leave the retreat early or arrive late, your payment or any portion thereof is non-refundable and non-transferable.
About Share:
Share has been a counsellor in private practice for over 20 years, fostering self-inquiry and awareness with her clients as they identify and uncover what’s keeping them from their fullest expression of self. She has trained directly with Byron Katie since 2012 and is deeply immersed in this practice of meditation.
